Vantra stores the information required to create accounts, manage projects, collaborate with teammates, and run workspace automation.

We process account data, project content, task data, notifications, billing metadata, and integration credentials needed to deliver the product. Secrets stored in the automation vault are encrypted before they are saved.

We do not sell personal information. We only use third-party services that are necessary for authentication, billing, AI features, email delivery, and selected integrations you configure.
